ELLWOOD National Forge can turn products with up to a 120” outside diameter, up to 60” inside diameter and in excess of 88’ in length. Our wide array of machine tools includes multi-axis CNC work centers consisting of lathes, boring machines, mills, hones, saws and support equipment. ELLWOOD National Forge’s highly skilled and experienced workforce offers the capability to hold very tight tolerances while performing precision machining of all types of profiles and configurations.
ELLWOOD National Forge is a global leader in close tolerance deep-hole boring in length, boring the equivalent of 2.5 miles weekly. We have a tremendous amount of experience in thru-boring, bottle boring, blind end boring, taper boring, and honing. ELLWOOD National Forge is capable of boring products in excess of 70’ in length.
